How I Started My VTU Business – And How You Can Too!
I started my VTU (Virtual Top-Up) business back in January 2021, and to be honest, I didn’t have it all figured out. I just knew one thing—I wanted to help people. That’s what pushed me to start, and looking back now, I’m really glad I did.
Back then, I didn’t have a fancy setup. I simply used a white-label PHP script and ran it through a webview app. That’s it. No complex code, no big capital. Just a working system and the passion to get going.
One thing I always tell beginners: you don’t have to wait till everything is perfect. I didn’t. I didn’t face any major challenges, but I also didn’t sit around overthinking it. I just started.
If you’re thinking of starting a VTU business, here’s my advice:
👉 Just start.
👉 Be patient.
It might feel slow at first, but consistency and good customer service go a long way.
